| The tt.net functions at ZCON would not have been successful without her helping out. Miss TT.NET
I'm pretty sure she had a few moments to enjoy herself at ZCON, but everytime I turned around, Mindy was hard at work doing something to keep things running as smoothly as possible (not that Greg, Damon, Ryan, and the others weren't). Everyone was working hard behind the scenes, and I think it was easy to expect these folks to be doing a lot of this work while the rest of us enjoyed our time together. I think Mindy stood out the most because: 1) she was always smiling, 2) I'm sure she could have picked a better way to spend her time in California, and 3) she's a lot better looking than the rest of the tt.net crowd :-) At the tt.net banquet, she was doing so much, that I don't know if she ever got a chance to enjoy the fabulous dinner. I cannot recall if I ever saw her seated at a table for more than a minute or two. I think she even worked on entertaining some of the children at the dinner that night (BTW, thanks for the left over toys: the sunglasses were at hit with my niece [no, not Milo] and my boys are *trying* to share the hotwheel car that was left over). At Dromo1, she was hard at work making sure that everyone was ready for their next heat. Without her help, I'm sure there would have been delays with getting some heats going because everyone was pretty much scattered all over the place that day. I really feel that saying "thank you" is inadequate to fully express my appreciation not only to Mindy, but the rest of the tt.net staff for supporting this group of misfits and malcontents on a daily basis with this website. Then to throw a tt.net dinner at the Queen Mary and the Dromo1 event was overwhelmng to say the least. And lest anyone forget, most of these folks have day jobs and/or families that deserve the majority of their time. I don't know if it would be a conflict of interest for this site, but if it isn't, I'd love to propose PayPal'ing some donations to the site so that Damon can take Mindy out to dinner for all of this support at ZCON and Greg could take his wife out to dinner for letting him out of diaper duty for the weekend. Thanks again, Dave N PS: Here's a few beauty shots of the Queen Mary that I was able to snag before and after the dinner.
